At www.touchnfeel.biz the international orders are shipped and delivered through leading courier services except few countries, ensuring the buyers an accurate delivery, in good condition, and on right time.
Please note that all our products are Ready to Ship items and we aims to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (excluding holidays, Saturday and Sunday) after receiving successful order. If the successful order is received on or before 2 pm on any working day, the same will be dispatched on the same day else, it will be processed next working day.
We are adhered to build long-lasting customer relations with enduring commitments; we take utmost care of the needs of our clients. For that matter, we take responsibility of refunding your payment in case you don’t receive the ordered products.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.
Shipping cost is based on item cart weight. Shipping of orders greater than $50 are free.More the weight lesser the shipping price. They are divided into slabs.
International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. Hence, bigger your order is, lower is the shipping cost.

Shipment and Tracking details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites where you can able to track.
Time to Deliver
Delivery outside India is expected to take up to 4-10 working days depending on the postal code and mode of shipping. We only ship through reputed courier companies like DTDC, FedEx, DHL, etc. All the products are shipped from India only. Additionally the customer will be provided with the option to track their order online, after it is shipped. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites where you can able to track.
Delays in Delivery
These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any.
No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
We may also choose to deliver the shipment in parts. In that case if you choose to cancel your order we can only cancel the unshipped part of the order. (Not valid for all the cases).
Important information regarding Delivery Address
Any change in your address needs to be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address 24 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped.
If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Please make sure there is somebody available to collect the package when the delivery is made as in some countries parcels will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note both the addresses can be same or different depending on the customer choice.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 5 working days from the date you place the order.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placement of order provided the order is not processed. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.
VAT & Custom Duties
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer/customer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our pricing and ordering process, but may be charged to you by courier company.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where and when they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
Lost In transit
We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select alternate product.
